Noah and Dan were playing Choking Victim songs in Noah's living room, when Ross, walks downstairs and says: "We should play some Choking Victim." A few days later, Dan brings over his bass, and the three begin to cover Choking Victim songs. Eventually, Noah brings original songs to practice and a new band was formed, which was called Villainy of Thieves.
